National Guard or Emergency Plates

Emergency or National Guard plates are only issued to motorists whose names are on a list submitted to the County Clerk's office by either the State National Guard or the local Emergency Management office. See your particular unit for procedures in establishing your eligibilty. A photo ID will be required at time of issuance.
