The Robertson County Commission has authorized the sale by sealed bid the following parcel of real property:

As described in Deed Book 105, Page 281-284 of the Robertson County Register of Deeds
Real Estate Assessment Data Map: 091G, Group: E, Ctrl Map: 091B, Parcel 30
The County will accept sealed bids until 10:00 AM, Friday, June 29, 2018. Minimum bid of $150,000.00 (One hundred fifty thousand dollars) is required. The bid will be awarded to the highest and best bidder as determined in the sole discretion of the County by final vote of the County Commission. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
