Performs clerical duties in the department by recording legal documents for real estate records, printing reports, making copies. Judicial Commissioner for Robertson County General Sessions Court-Responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to, issuing arrest warrants upon findings of probable cause, the setting of bonds and recognizance bonds and conditions of bond, the issuance of blood search warrants and other legal documents. High school diploma and residence in Robertson County required. The ability to remain neutral and detached in decision making is necessary. Must be willing to work shift rotations to include some weekends and midnights. This position will be on as needed basis and hours will vary from week to week.
