Transfer Station Schedule & Fees


Transfer Station Schedule:

Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m.-3:15 p.m. (you must be in line by 3:00 p.m. to enter) Saturday: 7:00 a.m. – 11:45 a.m. (you must be weighed in by 11:30 a.m.to dump. The line must have a cut off at this time to allow for entry, dumping and exiting by closing time.

Customers must be weighed out by closing times. 

Transfer Station Fees
In county $54 per ton with a $5 minimum for 180 lbs. and under for all Solid Waste and Construction Type materials (weight is calculated on 20 lb. increments.

Brush (tree limbs, yard waste, etc.):
$30.00 per ton with a $5.00 minimum charge

Tires not qualifying for free disposal:
$94.00 per ton or $0.50 per tire if in a mixed load, Tires on the rim are $2.50 each ~ Inquire for details

Additional Fees
$10.00 charge for all items which contain a compressor or capacitor (examples: refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners)

Recycling
Items recycled: cardboard, newsprint, plastics #1-7, used oil, automotive (wet cell) batteries, rechargeable batteries (cell phones, cordless phones, cordless tools, etc.), Electronics & paint (with certain conditions set by the State)

We do not recycle glass at this time.
NO  HAZARDOUS MATERIAL ACCEPTED
Enclosed cylinders, such as gas tanks, require special preparation.
